Hello 🙂 I would highly recommend staying somewhere within the town centre of Saranda or somewhere on Rruga Butrinti. This way you can easily catch the local bus that runs to Ksamil (to visit the amazing beaches) but also be within walking distance to all the best restaurants, cafes and bars of Saranda. On my recent stay in Saranda, I stayed in an apartment near “Hotel Butrinti” which was perfect to be close to everything including the Ksamil bus stop. I recommend checking some apartments on Booking.com or Airbnb for many great, central options:)
