It’s been two months since I last posted but I’ve been thinking of it! Don’t we all say that, about something we’ve been meaning to do in our lives? I haven’t stopped pursuing that minimal life in the last two months, but some experiences and life have gotten in the way of writing about it!
I had to write about this though. I just watched the new Minimalism documentary on Netflix. It’s great! It really hit home with me and reiterated the things I try to discuss with people on a weekly basis about what it means to live an intentional life. Since becoming a minimalist a few years ago, it has changed my life. I’m so much happier than I was before.
Joshua Fields Millburn ends the film with a lovely take home, “love people, use things.”
As the new year approaches, let’s remember this. Let’s remember that the people in our lives (and those we cross paths with) add so much meaning to our journeys. Let’s remember that those things we buy at a boxing week sale will be gone in a few years but the relationships you make now, could last a lifetime.
Definitely a must-see!
